I hurt my back and shoulder after a fall at work in December 2011. My boss was actually present when I hurt myself. However, I could not keep working and I had to stop work as a result of my injury. I didn’t know what to do. I went and saw Michael W Speck & Co and it turned out that I had not lodged the right form to claim compensation and so they helped me fill out and lodge the form in the beginning of 2014, then I started receiving income maintenance.
